Reilly Gibbons commits to Miami!

It would be completely impossible to do law school and play a full-time sport. 1st year law students aren't even allowed to work more than 20 hours per week due to ABA restrictions, and if you did that you'd likely fail most classes. If he wants to go to law school he should go to Miami or Duke. Best undergrads on the list.

Miami's law program is pretty good. Let's not take this thread off-topic but Duke is the best of his choices, UF and FSU (both top 50) are better than Miami (top 80).

I am not saying it is not possible, but it would be really difficult to take a full course load and play college football. The first year of law school is pretty time consuming in itself so it may be difficult for most to play a D1 sport and do law school.

I know some kids graduate early and do a masters, but I have never heard of anyone doing law school in their 4th and 5th year on a team.

Agreed, it is really hard. Not many can do it. A masters degree I could see but the first year of law school requires a lot of work for most. I am not saying the kid can't handle it but it requires a ton of focus and is much harder then undergrad.

FWIW,last night on grassy Footballcane wrote miami was getting another offensive stud this coming week.

247 is usually not far off. They have us as a clear cut leader. As we all know a spring commit doesn't mean a whole lot but, if 247 has us out front solo at this point I would bet that he throws the []_[] up tmrw. Hopefully we get Sony to run behind all these hawgs and the elite D prospects start to get on board.
 
Just to be safe I'll clear my afternoon schedule for a possible fapping.
 
Would be a huge get. I'd be really excited with three of the four OL commits.

Even if Notre Dame offers AT this point. I think it's too late amd he'll stick with UM in the long run. Talked to another kid who said UF is pushing for commits from kids as well at certain positions. Saying things like if you don't commit now, if someone else does, your spots gone. Nothing to do with Gib, but just something else to consider.
 
Amazing to be stacking all this OL talent if we pull him. Too bad sophomore walk-on and premed student Jacob Fenstersheib will be anchoring the DL.
