Regionals Discussion (Outside of Miami)

yeah...uh not really the year to brag on the SEC. Statistically speaking it was a massive failure for the "most loaded" conference in the country.

While I do typically root against as many teams as I can. I'd be lying if I wasnt hoping for a few more ACC teams to make Omaha. A Duke/UNC Omaha match up would have been unique since its not bball. That being said I've moved on; whereas the SEC will talk about having 2 teams in Omaha for months. They will want an LSU Arkansas final.

I want Murray St vs Coastal.

Saw on the Twitters that none of the 8 teams in this year's CWS made it last year. Do we attribute this to the portal?

LSU/Ark are on the same side and play each other first round so the all SEC final streak will end this year. I am also hoping for a Murray/Coastal title series.

Here come the SEC homers to say "LSU and Arkansas playing the first round and beating up on each other is going to be the reason that one of them don't win it"

"They're going to wear each other down in that blood bath game 1 that just means so much more while everyone else gets a cupcake"

Can't wait to see it. Pulling hard for Coastal but hate that Will Smith was 1 hit/diving play away from Omaha and then his former team is there and might win it.
