Wish it worked like thisWould not replacing a clearly incompetent QB coach due to nepotism be cause for termination and not have to pay the buyout? Clearly there is gross incompetence here to anyone with two eyes. QB play has been atrocious.
Grounds for terminating for cause and avoiding any buyout?!? I hate Jr on staff as much as anyone, but if this was a legitimate question then this a new level of dumb.Would not replacing a clearly incompetent QB coach due to nepotism be cause for termination and not have to pay the buyout? Nepotism is not permitted in Georgia,, therefore I'm sure his son was protected by the terms of the contract..
I came here wanting, and this image filled my cup.
My point is nepotism is not a cause for termination of CMRs contract.Permitting it is one thing, but nepotism being the reason for not replacing him is different....isn’t it?
It's not permitted at UGA but unfortunately we have a moron for an AD with a mediocre staff.Nepotism is not permitted in Georgia,, therefore I'm sure his son was protected by the terms of the contract..
Because football/staff decisions, whether family members or not, don't fall under termination for cause provisions. Those are reserved for massive improprieties, not bad coaching decisions.Explain why then? There has to be a provision in the contract regarding termination for cause. New level of dumb, around here, is pretty strong don’t you think.
