Knowles should be tarred and feathered (figuratively) for allowing not one, but two TDs that could have easily cost us the game.

Here's to hoping he turns things around but I don't blame anyone for wanting to lynch the dude (figuratively).

Jaquan and Redwine seem to know what they're doing.

Finley, Carter, Knowles...these guys are just out there and I'm tired of it. Stop all the needless rotating.

No Knowles nearly destroyed us. He may be the best of a bad bunch, but the critiscism comes from how he played.

Criticism of Delaney came from how he played, too. Coaches might decide Knowles's mistakes are fixable. Mental errors can be fixed.

I thought he would be a dark horse transfer candidate before the season started. You never hear about him even with our trash depth at safety. Coaches tried converting not one but TWO cornerbacks to safety before trotting him out. Not to mention that freaking Knowles gets the call before him.

There is a reason the coaches were stockpiling three and a half safeties for the 2018 class, at least before Russell decommitted.

I want to be wrong with Knowles, but seen to much of his play. I was never calling for Delaney's head and fully expected him to be a good player even after the two games when he laid back in coverage. I am not calling for his head, just someone to take his place, he was in on both touchdowns and by the way, other than those two it's been a while since anyone scored a TD on us.

I'm guessing the staff didn't expect Knowles to completely chit the bed...would be surprised if he is the first man off the bench at Safety next game going forward.

If he does have a concussion. Then Redwine won't play this Saturday. Absolutely guarantee it. hUh.
 
I don't really like redwine as a player but it's better to have him out there knowing wtf to do than having someone with no idea out there. If redwine is healthy and stays in that game miami wouldn't have needed all that drama. Probably end the game 17-6 or 24-13 some **** like that.
 
Delaney gave up yards to Toledo, Knowles gave up 2 touchdowns to FSU with an 8 year losing streak in the balance.. That’s a big difference..
 
We need Redwine back. I know he's playing safety, but he's our most fluid cover guy for taller receivers. He doesn't have great speed, but he's quick and shifty. Still don't understand why they changed his position. Mike Rumph for example didn't have great speed either and he was very good at corner.
 
At this point just play Carter and Smith. If safeties before them continue to mess up might as well let the freshmen make them

Against gt I would love to see a lot made carter, brings the physicality you need against the option.

If there is one game amari carter should be starting at safety its GT. His down hill striking is needed, his assignment should be simplified and have JJ cover the back half all game.
 
Richt said he wouldn't be addressing injuries, etc. until Thursday.
