Col-blooded killer mentality best shown in a Red Bandanna type of game.

We are soft. To be an elite program you have to want to be an elite program. You need an elite mindset anchored in cold-blooded killer mentality

What this mean? If you are Jarren: your mindset has to be there is no QB controversy, I am the starting QB. Perry is just keeping my seat warm until I come back from injury. If there is assigned seating in the QB room, I would not let Perry sit in the QB 1 chair, if he did I would tell him to move, if he doesn’t I would physically fight him.

O-Line: you have to have a mean nasty streak with one desire to maul and inflict pain (both physical and emotional) on my opponent for 60 minutes. Have to take it personal

RB: your mentality is that not one man cant tackle me, and two may not be enough. I'll run through you or around, but you are not going to stop. You telling the O-line I do not need a whole hole, but just a crease and it is touch down. Every play in practice, I am running it to the end-zone no matter where I am at on the field.

WRs/TE: simply get me the ball they can not stop me. If I can touch the ball with hands I can touch ball.

Offense overall: Every play we run is for a touchdown. If the kicker has to kick a field goal, then the drive was a failure. Score, score, and score some more both through the ground and through the air and from anywhere.

Defense
Defense is all about attitude. The attitude has to be an offense has to pay toll fee to be on our field. We are going to just tackle you we are going to punish. We want to inflict maximum amount of pain (physically, psychologically, and emotionally) on you for 60 minutes. Offense should literally dread playing our defense.
We are going to be smart, sound, physical, ruthless, and relentless.

We may have to incur a roughing the passer penalty or late hit just to send a message early in the game.
Teams need to think these mfs are crazy.

If you are a DB: your mindset has to be if you come my way something bad is going to happen.

Team overall: we only care about kicking your *** while winning and Miami Football. If we play BC again on the red bandanna night our mindset has to be Red Bandanna does not mean anything to us and we take it personal that they schedule us on that night. If they bring up it is honor someone who died in 9-11 from saving lives, we need to respond People die everyday B, and we are still not going to show no mercy.

We need to defend our field like our life depends on it; but live to play on the road: silence crowds while snatching and eating their hearts like it is finest steak.
There mere fact that teams showed up to play us in our home stadium should be a sign of disrespect off top, and our response has to be you are going to pay a heavy price for disrespecting us.

Coaches
We need to push the envelope right up to the line both scheme and in recruiting.
We need to be ruthless and relentless. If we are up by 50, even with our backups ins we still need to be taking shots to score until the final whistle.
Until we get this mentality we will be mired in mediocrity.

Reality check:
WE ARE THE WORST TEAM IN THE ACC COASTAL and one of the worst teams in Power 5 football.
And this coaching staff has made us that. From Blake James on down to the walk ons is complete incompetence.

Red bandana is that cringy Boston College thing, right?

GTFO of here with that nonsense.
