They're auditioning for jobs -- either here or somewhere else -- so they need to make a splash.
 
Larry Scott has been calling the 2016 class over the past couple days too....
 
What assistant coach would not want to give being on Butch's staff the best possible shot. Three NFL HCs out of his Miami staffs. I don't pay attention but I think that is good. Does Saban or Urban have ANY? I don't know but I can't think of any. Butch makes big $$$$$ for his coaches and recruits. Maybe it is the Italian in me, but isn't that what this is all about? I am sure these guys are working hard. That is something they have done.

Jason Garrett was Saban's QB coach with the Dolphins but that's it haha

Ok, he has one. Of course that is a NFL to NFL thing, not college to NFL. I am surprised ole Nick doesn't have more. Wow, JJ and Butch have quite a good eye for coaches.
