At this point I’m not gonna wring my hands about rankings. I have two concerns with this next class:
1. Take at least 25; and
2. Address every position.
We need to build roster depth. The lines are thin and the majority of the talent is stacked at the skill positions. We need to get bigger I’m the trenches and get back to pushing teams around.
The highly-rated recruits will come if we win. But this class is all about numbers and filling out the roster. If we finish with 25 kids, with an even distribution of three- and four- star kids, we’ll finish Top 12-15 and based off of last year’s disaster, that would be fine.
