So as far as Marco Wilson is concerned Peter doesn't think he's choosing Miami because the Miami staff doesn't have any idea if they are the choice. So hopefully the UF staff would be saying the same thing, and Marco is just being extremely quiet to both sides about who he is actually choosing, and only he and his dad know, that way its a real surprise.
Oh State & USC are in it too, he's making his decision on Monday, if it was us I'm sure within 48-72 hours of his decision the staff would know if he's coming.
That would be kind of f*cked up on Chad's part to not tell the staff until the day of, if it was Miami.

Why would that be ****ed up in any way? It's not like they wouldn't accept his commitment. These kids constantly want publicity and want to have these grand announcements. Well the only way to guarantee it doesn't leak before hand like Jeudy's just did is to not tell anyone.
It would be messed up because Chad is supposed to be one of us & he was with this staff coaching at Paradise. Therefore, if Marco was coming, it would behoove him to at least inform the staff that he's coming, and just simply tell them to keep it quiet & act is if they don't know beforehand.

Yeah, still not getting it. What's the harm in the staff waiting a few days like everybody else? Not like it's NSD and they won't have time to recruit anyone else.

Miami will not stop recruiting Jerry Jeudy. At all.

If Marco Wilson is choosing UM, then the staff is not aware of it.

Jordan Wright and DeAndre a Wilder - if they committed right now, Miami would take them. Both of them are playing with fire though. Neither of them have much time left to decide before Miami moves on. Jon Ford, Wright's Dillard teammate, told me this week that Jordan would be committing to Miami soon. His desire to play basketball at the next level as well could be problematic.

Staff is about to get active with Jeremiah Holloman. Big riser on the board.

Mike Harley - I would say he's next in line for an offer at receiver. If Devontae Smith commits though? We will see

Bradley Jennings, Jr - Although he delayed his announcement, I'm still pegging him to Miami. Coaches think he would be the toughest recruit in the class

Is it just me? What the heck does Smith committing have to do with Harley getting an offer? Last time I checked we weren't exactly the fastest team. Are we really going to tell Harley sorry but Smith just committed so we're all filled up now? Closing with Harley and Smith would be ideal IMO. Doesn't mean we stop recruiting Jeudy and Holloman but I just don't think we can afford to slow play a speedy playmaker like Harley. JMO

I think they'll take ideal size and speed with Smith instead of speed with small frame with Hartley. I'd take him but of Smith commits I get not offering Hartley. Plus how many 5'10 or shorter can we have on our roster

I get what you are saying but to me a playmaker is a playmaker. I don't think we would have too many short guys since Berrios will most likely be gone before Harley gets any meaningful burn. Don't get me wrong, I like Smith better. My thinking is that you take both. At Paradise Camp there were 2 WRs who really stood out. Smith and Harley. Now if we can get Smith and Holloman then I could understand not offering Harley.

Devonta Smith would be more critical than any recruit mentioned here with Jeudy to bama.

I'm sure Marco's brother and friends on gates more of an influence than Rumph and legacy thing, but he would be a top pull. Getting Bandy and Henderson would soften the blow since we can't keep all the guys home.

Jordan Wright may be capable of getting a basketball scholie, but everything I can find regards him as a football recruit. Like Treon thinking he was a QB, Wrights focus should be preparing himself for football so that his dedication to BB doesn't derail or delay his physical development for football.

With the size we have at WR, mixing home run speed guys in like Mike Harley would be intriguing. Imagine getting him matched up on a LB on a crossing route mismatch? A one back 4 WR set with Harley and Bruce would be a challenge for defenses.

I understand the staffs dogged dedication to not giving up on Jeudy, but that train has left the station.

If Bradley Jennings commits then it's over for Wilder.

UM should be the easy pick for this kid. Dad played at UM and he can easily play as a freshmen. Idk know what the Wilson's are thinking but Marco future would be very bright at da U. Worried about Competition maybe with swag 17?

I'm a big fan of Mike Harley. I'd like him to see him get get a straight up offer that wasn't dependent on anyone else committing first.
