Rece Davis calls spring FB BS.

So, does any one who is advocating (and not being paid to do so and has no business/work reason to do so) for fall football not have a financial interest clouding their judgment?

Can you make a rational argument for why the kids should play given the risks that does not involve your love of money?

If you are a fan, and want fall football, do you gamble on games or play fantasy for $?

The "journalists" schools TV networks and billionaires who own all the sports media properties and dip****s on ESPN etc are all frauds driven by the mighty $$$.

As a fan, so are you? A fan of money, or of sport? I would assert the former.

It is OK not to have football for 1 season.

You heard it here first: Army vs. Navy will be canceled.

Then the slavers att ACC/SEC schools and their ESPN financiers will be last man standing on this.
What?

What about Air Force vs Navy and Air Force vs Army?

Everybody always forgets the Zoomies.

LOL, at Spring Football which really it's Winter football. The 'student athlete' will not be playing 24 plus games in a calendar year. This is an absolute farce....

The irrationality of Merica continues. Destruction to all those that do not conform with the narrative....

I know right. We have millions of 18 year olds dying from covid. These people cant see how dangerous it is for these young men. They are being asked to do something far more dangerous than the 18 year olds that went to WW2 and Vietnam.

Spring football would mean asking players to play 20+ games in a calendar year. All while still pretending they aren't pros even though they just played more games over the course of a calendar year than the pros. That **** aint happening. Urban said no chance. If all of fall football gets canceled see you again in August 2021

The flipside to that argument is that they didn't play a game for over an year prior to that..

Wouldn't having Spring football put us in danger of this thing called Coronavirus? 🤔
Oh yeah, and the flu?

Kids play football every year with a much greater risk of being paralyzed or killed playing football than dying from the flu.

Yes, they are safer playing in a controlled team environment with support, testing, and medical care than left on their own. Lock thread.

And...the rest of the world is going back to work, even my young kids are playing sports. People are shelving groceries so you can eat. They aren’t all dying. You can survive going to Costco, sit outside at a restaurant, etc. So when you step back and remember that we went from flattening the curve to ‘we are all going to die, but we aren’t, you can get off the save the children soap box.

It is BS.

Like when Obama said you can keep your same doctors on Obamacare. Smart people knew it was not possible but he said it anyway.
