Ok, Pal.

LSU won a NC a few years ago and the SEC usually gets two playoff slots. Saban was the Alabama coach; Smart was Georgia’s coach. Your argument is defeatist.

A team’s margin for error is greater in the SEC. Saban has only ever has two undefeated seasons. It’s arguably easier to get in.

Plus don’t you want to win when you get in? The SEC attracts more talent than any other conference.

Take off your rose colored glasses. Miami is not a great job in 2021.
Again, you are putting words into my mouth because you don't know how to follow a conversation. I never said "Miami is a great job in 2021". But, I did say, that Kiffin may have an easier path to the playoffs and subsequently a NC game at Miami than at an SEC school that is not UGA and Alabama. Because even with Kiffin, LSU and UF are not getting past UGA or Bama regardless of when LSU last won a NC. The argument is not about past titles. It's going forward in the foreseeable future. LSU and UF are not going to best UGA and Bama for the CFP even with Kiffin as HC. That path is too difficult....and OU will be joining the SEC soon making it even harder.

2021 final four: Bama, OSU, ND, and Clemson
2020 final four: LSU, Clemson, OSU, and OU
2019 final four: Bama, Clemson, OU, ND
2018 final four: Clemson, Bama, UGA, OU********
2017 final four: BAMA, OSU, UW, Clemson
2016 final four: Clemson, OU, MSU, Alabama
2015 final four: Bama, OSU, FSU, Oregon

One year in the CFP playoff history has their been two teams from the SEC in it. What is this "the SEC usually gets two playoff slots"???

Speaking of defeated.....stop typing.

We need an offensive guru that can recruit n wants a disciplined team. Somebody that can bring a D coordinator as well. Give me a name.

how about
Dave Aranda or Billy Napier....... first we need a new AD as no one worth a -hit will work for blake James

Tom Herman had 1 10 win season at Texas. I don't understand why this guy is desirable at all.
Because he can recruit really well, he's a good developer of offensive talent, and a lot of coaches learn from their previous jobs. I'm not a fan of Herman, but those would be the reasons others would point out.

I just hope they talk to every possible candidate, do their due diligence.
It would be nice that the people making the BIG BUCKS can make a proper decision. College football is a lucrative big business.

I thought these rich schmucks who run the Univ. of Miami, and the great business department they have....*hard sarcasm, would know this! ex..OSU, Bama.

Did you go to the game? Have you ever been to a UM/FSU in Tallahassee? Have you seen their recruiting class? Have you seen ours? They lost to Jacksonville State and they have multiple 5 stars committed. Why do you think that is?

Youre retarded if you think Miami has an easier path to winning a NC when we we have an administration that doesn’t give a flying **** about football. We’re never going to out recruit anyone over any considerable period of time with our current situation.

Keep sitting on your couch, in fantasy land. Ask the fat ***** in your pic to give you a hug.

And you can't judge him at just Texas, how about what he did at Houston and the as s whipping he put on FSU in the bowl game. A team we couldn't beat to save our lives back then.

And your post are on point @reformedsteven, I appreciate them.

My wife isn't fat. And it's inappropriate to bring her into this conversation.

1. No, I didn't go to the game because I moved from Florida to Kansas for a job. And going to a particular game has nothing to do with the conversation. But this is like your third time not being able to follow a conversation.

2. And yes, at Miami, Kiffin would have an easier path to the CFP than say at UF or LSU. At UM, the competition is considerably lesser than the competition UF and LSU would have to beat (i.e. UGA, BAMA, A&M......heck even Arkansas is tougher competition than what Miami has to face).

3. We are assuming that this administration will change i.e., both Blake James and Diaz are fired. Seriously man, follow a conversation.
