All you guys that talk **** about everything that goes on in the program and what we do on the field. What is your background? What have you coached and what level? This is a serious question because you all call for Golden's head, and D'Onofrio's head, and Coley's head, and Kehoe's head. Most of you call for a coach to be fired but what do you know? Real question fellas. I want some good football conversation. I for one think Kehoe and Coley are really out-coached and are not very good. D'Onofrio seems like we are improving but the jury is still out. I can't stand any time we have a LB or hybrid DE (McCord) covering a slot receiver. BUT, all you guys screaming for mass change, what do you know? Really, legit question. Who here has coached any sport at any level and give us some good conversation on this board please! I am begging for good football talk. Like all of you I want us to beat everyone by 10 TDs. But do any of you have an idea of what is really going on most of the time?

I want Golden to succeed because I think he can he a great CEO of the program but I do think he needs to be harder on his coaches and make the tougher decisions. I believe with better coordinators, Golden could succeed. He has great core values and preaches the right things. I WANT HIM TO SUCCEED!

But to my original question, what is your background and what do you know?

Looking forward to some good conversation.

You have to be a an expert in order to understand the results?

And the jury is still out on coach D?

Wow.

Wait...did you really just say "core values"?

Take your binder and GTFO.

I did! I have spent 22 yrs in the Marines so I apologize for the military reference. lol

I don't need a phd in footballing to know you don't open the second half with 6 straight runs or continue running inside when there are 9 men in the box or to have 10 men on the field or to have a 20 yard gap off the line for 3 defenders on a 3rd and inches and, and, and, and

GTFOOH with the core values BS.

Miami has never been about core values. This program was never built off that ****. You want a coach to succeed, mbut I'm more interested in the program succeeding. I don't align myself with staff members as a fan. Results plain and simple.

You're a Canes fan? Honest question.

It's pretty clear that most here haven't played a down in their lives. That being said you don't have to be Vince Lombardi to realize that Golden is not a good coach.

**** yeah I'm a CANES fan. I want win as bad as anyone on this board. No question about it.

Me either

Lmfao I laughed so hard I woke up my daughter. I didn't vote for him neither time. You don't ever have to be a coach to know they aren't good enough coaches. Even a mathematician that has never watched football in his life can do some statistics and tell you they are no good. Also there is such thing as compare and contrast where you look what fisch did with Morris compared to what Coley did (example). One of the worst recruiters aka Shannon did more with less talent and everyone can see Florida kids or even at that, college kids aren't developed enough to run a 3-4 defense full time. Also there are plays where you scratch your head and ask yourself wtf? We aren't lobbying for one of us to get hired by UM. At the end of the day this is entertainment and you can judge and have your opinions and no one can say you're wrong (maybe some of you are wrong, sorry). Seriously, we suck and we continue to cheap out on coaches and our probability on us landing a good one by cheaping out on one are probably about 15% considering there are about 120 colleges in the NCAA and about only 15 teams have a chance of playing in a bcs bowl game.

Edit: no more bcs, sorry I forgot.

You make a good point, most of us don't know crap about coaching football, which puts us on equal footing with the current staff. I personally don't know how **** is mad either, but I am real sure I can recognized it when I see it. Al's final product is just that--****.

Thanks for your service. For real.

Well I've been coaching at the provincial level up here for a while and I'm involved with highschool ball too. Defensively I'm pleasantly surprised so far but I'll save full judgement till Saturday and the following Saturday. Our offense seems like it has absolutely zero chemistry under Kaaya. It's frustrating because it looks like a lot of players have regressed or simply don't wanna be here anymore. There was flashes tonight but no consistency.

It starts up front, our left side looks okay not good, okay, right side is well below what we saw last year. It kind of severely limits our offense too. Maybe Coley is handcuffed by it, personally I doubt that, but if you know you can only really run to your left with any success then you will do whatever you can to open up the right side somehow. I think that's why he's running stretch and zone to the right. If he can get everyone running right and basically wall off the defenders then maybe Duke or whomever cuts it up and gains 5-7 yards. The first time we ran it with Heaps under center it looked exactly how its drawn up with Yearby cutting up and gaining 6ish yards.

In my honest opinion we'd be better suited to move to a spread offense. Kaaya looks more comfortable in the gun, and when he's been in the spread looks he's getting it out and quick. You can still run the ball well out of it too. More draw, lead with an H-Back, zone, and sets up your quick passing game with the athletes like ours. You set up Coley and Waters out wide and have Dorsett and Berrios in the slot that's a lot of speed to cover and you're probably moving to a dime or nickel to cover it which leaves 4 linemen and one or two backers vs your five linemen with lanes easily opening ideally.

Pretty fvckin cool to see you over here on the right side of the fence finally.

User your head a little. You ever criticize the food after you've gone to a restaurant? Are you a chef? How many years have you worked in a kitchen? Who did you study under? How long does it take you to chop an onion?

You ever criticize someones music? Do you play any instruments? You an audio engineer? What kind of DAW do you use? No seriously though like serious question. What do you know about music theory? How many Grammys do you have?

Ever thought a movie was ****? How many films have you directed? How many screenplay's have you put together. No seriously though...serious question. How many years have you been acting? What's the highest level you've ever acted on? 5th grade play? Indy film? *** ****? Seriously...what are your credentials.
