Kid goes to STA and could get a look down the road as a 3rd back in this class or a FB. Could also be a backup to Gresham who is a longshot IMO.
 
By the time he stepped foot on campus in Tally, 2 of the 3 STA he listed will likely be gone (1 definite).
 
Were any of those guys at STA with Mardre? It is my understanding that he transferred to STA prior to the 2012-2013 school year.

He just picked up an FSU offer on friday, he told me that just became his new #1. Hes trying to get moten and holmes to join him
 
A friend who has a son on the STA football team told me that Mardre is "a beast" and they are very high on him at STA.

They have another RB named Deltron Sands. I saw Deltron play on the JV when he was a freshman a year and a half ago and he was the most impressive player on the field that day. How is Deltron doing at STA? Will he see any playing time this year?

Based on that short video I think he's got good size and is a good athlete but he's going to have to learn to be a slasher type back. Foot in the ground and get up field. His cuts are meh and he doesn't power through kids like a guy that'll be a bruiser at the next level. I think he can be productive but he didn't wow me.

That being said, what do I know?
 
Madre camped at miami today and won the MVP of the running back group, I know he holds a FSU offer. Did he receive an offer if not what are the chances he does? I know him and moten are looking to play together and we had them both and campus today so that's a plus.

I think it is committable but I think he's holding back from FSU for now because he wants PT, he doesn't know if he'll get it there

Derrell Scott Shai McKenzie Aeris Williams all have to be a head of him on FSU's board I would think they would wait to see what those guys do before letting him commit.

IMO we don't need any more rb's this class. Unless Gresham or Cook come in. I think we are up to fifty eleven rb's now.
 
Madre committed to Michigan State today. He will produce up there as he is a big bruising big 10 back. He'll play some right away as he is physically ready. IMO he's better than Gus Edwards.

I don't think he can hold Gus's jock strap. Gus could out run him in a sprint with Gus running backwards.
