Did a good job for us. Sorry to see him go but best wishes for him and his family. Part of the business of winning. We do well and people are going to want what we have. Like everyone else mentioned shouldn’t be hard to find a good coach that would like to be here.

He grew up a Miami fan but reluctantly covered other teams at the request of his employers.

When he finally had the opportunity to cover Miami, he pounced on it.
 
now at the point in the thread where not only just throwing out Miami alums cause ya know, but now former coaches that never coached RB's once in their life, cause yeah coaches coach and all

After going for big splash hires early on, Mario has really been going after culture / under the radar guys.

I imagine this will be a similar type. Up and comer or under the radar guy that’s been around the block but maybe doesn’t have the hype others do.

Patrick Cobbs would be an interesting name. Pretty sure overlapped with JT.
