After going for big splash hires early on, Mario has really been going after culture / under the radar guys.

I imagine this will be a similar type. Up and comer or under the radar guy that’s been around the block but maybe doesn’t have the hype others do.

Patrick Cobbs would be an interesting name. Pretty sure overlapped with JT.
