Good coach and he seems to have had a good rapport with the kids. This is a recruiting position as the RBs either have it or don't. I'm sure Mario will find a very good replacement......sometime late summer.

Hate it. But this is what you want. Coach’s that have career paths that elevate to the league. And not the opposite direction.
