If seider doesn’t take the job now then the fantasy of him coming is never happening. I’m sure a lot of people would be interested in this job.

I listed Elijah Brooks CAUSE I want IN on the DMV area.

If it were up to me personally though i would shoot high and get someone with play call ability as i believe Dawson needs another voice over there for when his sh*t has been bogged down at times.

Good find on Brooks.
I like his resume.
He seems to have found and coached some pretty good backs over the years and he
is a DeMatha guy from Prince George's county, which is as DMV as one could get.

Im sure he's a fine recruiter and a good dude. But he hasn't done much at the p4 level and who has he developed and put in the league? We're talking about taking over what's arguably the best rb in the country.

My question is can he recruit?
I think he's been fired at least once, so my question is why? Because of recruiting issues?
Otherwise, sounds like an interesting possibility.

If I had to guess, Mario's gonna go with a Coach that's young and hungry. These are the RB coaches that have been featured on 247's 30 under 30 lists over the last few years:

I think Savon Huggins would've been the grand slam but he just got hired by Penn State and Matt Campbell loves him. I'd put my money on either Shaw from Rutgers or Kam Martin who FSU just hired from Tulsa.
