I am an alumni of this HS, they play decent competition, nothing near FL. Benedictine is a private school that plays other private schools and some public. They have also played teams like Fork Union and Hargraves in the past, both of which are prep schools for D1 kids. So not garbage, but not FL
Richmond is generally a very heavy VT area, but the fact they were they early on this kid should definetely help. One thing I just noticed is that the alma mater is putting out a couple of higher ranked kids in the next couple years:

Impressive considering my graduating class was only 63 guys. At the time I was there, there was only like 250 kids in the school and I highly doubt there's much more than that there now.
