Ray Lewis Fired Back at Shannon Sharpe about Protest. LOl

Still trying to figure out what football players and football games have to do with military heroism. LOL at the simps who get all worked up over some dopey football player taking a knee before a football game while a song is playing.

Ignore racism, ignorance and stupidity and it will die. Pay attention and it will fester. How long have we been dealing with these issues unsuccessfully? A long time. How successful have we been? Not at all! **** if anything, it's worse today than at any time in our history. We can blame it on others, like Obama and Trump, but the root cause is not them, it's the people we see in our mirrors. Let's point the fingers in the right direction. It's you and me Bro. Change our approaches, our mind sets, and we can change anything.

I hate that football has to be tarnished in such a way as to make a certain part of America despise it, but what else should they do? If I protest in my yard or even at work, most won't notice and even less will care and none will talk about it. These guys have the courage and the platform to force dialogue. I think its admirable for them to not forget they were once not rich and and didn't have the many protections that money affords.

Most people would complain less if the NFL did away with the pledge altogether than they do for a quiet kneel during a time that they don't really even care about. It speaks to the true cause for their anger. Someone kneeling during the pledge certainly doesn't affect anyone elses right to stand and pledge allegiance.

So ignoring something makes it go away, are you serious?? Worse today than at any time? You're obviously trolling or dumb as a box of hammers. What would you suggest the everyday person does to change their approach then?
I would venture to guess a very small percentage of people go through their everyday life looking to be a racist. The difference is now the mainstream media has taken it upon themselves to promote the division in an attempt to damage the current administration.

Saying the Pledge of Allegiance at school or playing The National Anthem at sporting/events are obsolete in my opinion. It's very old school. There's a time and place for those type of events, I feel, which in my opinion should not belong in school or sporting events. Patriotism, Politics and Religion are individual things that should remain that way for obvious reasons.

When I wanted Miami Stadium to serve "Chester's Hot Fries, Funyuns, Gatorade, Sour Patch Kids and Gummi Worms" during games, I took a knee during the National Anthem. I was protesting against the current menu. I tried to lock arms with the person next to me in a show of solidarity. That didn't work out so well, however. He punched me in the face. He said you are lame as ****. Just watch the ******* game.
