Statistically, he slightly improved ucf’s Defense from last year. But ucf was horrendous, I would expect better.

Did u read it out just assumed it thinking promote Banda..unless your talking about bringing in a top assist from another program I wouldn’t hesitate to keep this D in house. Why start from scratch? Idk why our fans act like Banda can’t coach. Our safety play under him has been elite. He has been under diaz, and Charlie strong. In fact diaz stoke him away from Texas to join him at miss st. Diaz has enough faith in him to bring him along as his 1st choice. And lastly he knows the D, knows the personnel, is the lead recruiter in most of our defensive recruiting battles..I’ve said this b4 but y’all tend to think a title, OC or DC means you run the show by yourself. You need somebody to script, help gameplan, relay your message and teach your methods. So No. Banda is the top assistant on that D and is also highly responsible for the success this year. And also the development of JC and jenk who had their best seasons under him. Also Quan. So as I said unless your legitimately talking about a Dave aranda or the likes of that as the replacement, I’d promote Banda

You might wanna go back and check the stats. Randy's worst Defense finished something like 33rd, and that was his FIRST year as HC, including the 48-0 OB massacre.
