Randy come home!!!!

He actually was a good DC. Looking at his defense objectively, the concepts and principles, his defense was solid.
His defense was actually more sound than Manny's. (but not as "elaborate")

Our 2010 defense was legit despite having mediocre talent.
We were ranked top-5 in the nation in TFL's, sacks, pass defense, pass efficiency, etc.
#1 in TFL's
#3 in pass defense
Top-20 in 3rd down defense

And this was with talent like Brandon Harris, DVD, Ryan Hill, etc.


With that said, we need to move FORWARD.

I’m not sure Randy would come back if offered. What does UM offer that UCF don’t have? Outside of being family. I’m sure it’s some bad blood still between the two parties.
 
Randy was too stubborn. Didn't adjust quickly enough during games. Also, I think Krenzel just ran for another 1st down!! He could never contain running QB's.

Manny was good 1 out of 3 seasons here, a season where he just so happen to have a senior 5 star DT (who he didn't recruit), two hive mind Seniors at Safety (who he didn't recruit) and 2 lbs who have started since their Freshmen year.

Let's not act like Diaz-- who was great this season-- is irreplaceable or that Randy would be a downgrade.

2017 was good too.

But what Diaz did was retool his unit until he got it right... that’s rare around here.

This is someone who lives in a Fantasy world, not the real world. If I sign a contract and it says I'm owed this amount of money if my contract is terminated, you **** right I'm going after my money.

Our last 2 coaches had to sue the school to get paid. You dont think that affects other coaches who might be interested in the job?

More than likely higher pay, Power 5 conference, better position. Having said that, I don't think it's very common for a coach to return to a school that he sued on a different occassion; which Randy did.

We need to move forward, not bring in recycled coaches.

You are the one living in the fantasy world. All I am doing is trying to get you to realize just how ludicrous your idea of bringing Radio back into the fold at a high position... any position beyond tackling dummy is.

Huh?? Pretty sure he was a grade assist at Texas under strong in 11and 12. Then went with manny to miss st. Then we’ve seen what he has done here along with manny here
 
From his UCF Bio.

Never had a problem with Randy's defenses, and they were still pretty good during his time as HC when I was a student.

Randy has to be top of the list. Has to be.
