Found this interesting One noteworthy clause of Swinney’s deal is that his buyout–currently standing at $3,000,000 but poised to drop by two-thirds over the duration of the contract–would be increased 50% if he were to leave Clemson for Alabama. Swinney, a Bama alum, has been rumored as a replacement for Nick Saban.

You don't tweet that with a blue checkmark, 60k followers, and your job on the line without some sort of solid info. This isn't Barry Jackson.

That guy is also a well respected sports journalist.

If he's reporting it, he didn't get it from CIS or trogs on Twitter.

Not saying it's a done deal, but if he's saying it, it's way more than speculation.

Lol. I see where you're going with that but... Nahh

I was told an AD would be named today , people in Pm I told can vouch. His was one of the two names I heard. I mentioned him a couple weeks ago as one of the names I heard the most. Honestly i thought it broke down since all the bs coming out.

Can you mention the other name?

That pause you’re seeing is everyone else in the CFB World trying to confirm the report.

Dabo wants the Bama job more than Mario wants the Miami job. If all things were equal obviously.
