Does Toney having his outside leg up while in the slot and inside leg up while lined up outside give a tell to the defense on what route he may be running?
Given Dawson's comment on Barkate just missing out on two big plays, how is the timing of a qb dropback to where the receiver needs to be in the progression taught/installed? Does that affect or give freedom to what kind of release the WR uses?
When Dawson says that his scheme is progression oriented, does that mean the coverage dictates where Mensah starts his read? For example, would the same identical mesh call have a different 1st read based on cover 2, 3, 6, quarters, or man? Or do the reads stay the same regardless of coverage?
