Is still committed to FSU, but just released a top-10, and we're on it. Got to love recruiting

"still committed to Florida state, but my recruitment is still open"? Someone should tell him what committed means. Sounded to me like he said "taking any, and all bids again!!"
 
I'm usually not that guy on here, but no thanks to him. If he was a UM commit and did this, a lot of fans would freak out (with good reason IMO). Some Seminole fans want to move on and, while they are Seminoles, I'm kinda with them on this. Seems like a big ol headache. I know stack chips and whatnot. But if he does this while committed to a whole *** school, what makes you think he won't do it again.

First thing that popped into my head as well.

Some of these kids are wayyyyy too full of themselves as teenagers. They need a swift kick in the *** to wake up and realize what is ahead of them IF they work for it and not just expect it to come to them.

Eventhough u hated on my last comment lol i agree with u. I dnt like any recruit that releases a top 10 much less a recruit that is committed n releases a top 10. Thats a red flag to me. Character is still important.
 
Just a microcosm of a much larger problem and rich history of commercialism and/or capitalism. Everything is monetized even your level of commitment and integrity. It’s horrible but it didn’t begin or come from these kids.

lol this guy's a badass SSDE prospect. He is exactly what we need next year when we basically return a bunch of pass rushers at DE. We need a big body to set the edge. This kid, Ingraham, and Mike Morris are all kids we need to put the full court press on.

I disliked the post, not the poster lol. We won't agree on everything, but see I got you right here.
 
This is everything thats wrong with recruiting summed up in one tweet. Having said that I still want him.

these are the type of kids upper classmen's loved to see in the first days of camp. Kid is going to be in for a rude awakening ..he and his brand. He's a good player but you cant be committed to a team and then release a top 10 at the same time and then speak on its whats best for his "brand"...bih what brand?. What the Krispy Kreme donuts they give football players to sell for the booster club he thinks he is a spokesperson for or some sh*T?.

This. Can’t expect to compete against Clemson and have the depth we have been missing if we aren’t able to pull some of these attention seekers. Not the way this **** works anymore unfortunately.
