With Beck declaring for the draft (wasn’t a fan of him as an option), there’s three scenarios in front of us.

(1) We’re going all out for Leavitt who hasn’t entered the portal and may not;
(2) We’re gonna bring in a formerly highly rated recruit who’s a back up at a P4; or
(3) We’ll bring in a P4 or FCS QB to back up Emory and roll with him.

Scenario one is with Leavitt would be a home run. Scenario two is neutral. Scenario three is straight up bad.

What highly rated or P4 qbs do you even have in mind? Today is the last day to enter the portal (except playoff teams obviously)

You said no to most portal options, so you shouldn’t be the one complaining. Mendoza and Mensah apparently weren’t good enough to play there according to most people on here
WTF no I didn't, I was all in on Ewers, Mateer and Beck. I did say no to Mendoza and still do. And I haven't commented on anyone else.

Well out of the people you just mentioned, two of them never entered the portal and are only hypotheticals. Mateer was clearly silently committed to Oklahaoma before he officially entered, and never really gave UNC or Miamis offer a great look. What else is the staff supposed to do? The quality of qbs weren’t the same as a year ago. They clearly didn’t love the other options
