Kansas state was one of the best red zone offenses in the county in large part because of Howard. Red zone offense we struggled with. Howard raises the floor considerably. No reason we couldn’t win the aCC with him

I'm guessing they are giving Taulia a little more time to figure things out while the other top 3 guys on their list also make decisions. That's what I took from @Cribby posts yesterday.

Basically, first guy who wants in, is our guy. Whether that's Howard or Ward

Miami can't count on NCAA approving a waiver

Has anyone applied for a waiver fighting the RS rule that was recently changed to allow to play 4 games??

Seems very risky

Wanting to wrap this up in 4-5 days (now 3-4 days) doesn't scream they're waiting on Taulia to get his waiver. Even if he submitted a waiver, it's not like the NCAA is gonna move swiftly.

Little Tua would be a secondary option not primary. I could still see him coming as a second portal qb (if waiver is granted) if we went after Dante Moore, e.g. Moore has apparently stated he would not need to start next year for his next team since he would still have 3 more years available.
