Yeah I don’t get that either. At least lions don’t have a chance of getting out and reproducing and creating an invasive population, but it’s not natural for humans to have a pet lion.

Unless the other kid down the street has a pet tiger that also gets loose. Next thing you know you’ve got a bunch of ligers roaming the neighborhood.
