Pumped in crowd noise?

Love it! The more we win, the more bytching and excuses we hear. First our facilities suck, why would anyone play for Miami or go to a game? Now, they're too good--it's too loud, too much home field advantage, Canes must be doing something nefarious...What a laugh! There's a storm brewing, a juggernaut under construction, and all the whining in the world won't change the direction this program is heading.

The seven nation army techno mix that they blast incessantly has fake crowd noise at the beginning.

well, it does.

I go to every game and I never pay much attention to the music. It’s fūcking piped in music and nobody gives a fūck. If there’s some crowd noise as part of the 7nation intro I never noticed it, and it’s irrelevant because that’s during breaks.

There is no pumped in crowd noise and you’re just obfuscating and trying to be cute. Most of the time your troll attempts are above average, this one is sub-par.

You’re just giving the conspiracy theorists and clowns that don’t go to games room to run. Anybody that actually goes to games knows there’s a shīt ton of noise being generated naturally by the crowd and then bouncing like shīt off the overhangs back down.

You better chickity check yourself before wreck yourself, bro.

All I did was pose a theory on what they may be alluding to.

anyone who says "chickity check yourself before you wreck yourself, bro" is a threat to no one...

I chickity checked myself and I still conclude that was a clown post by you. Who complains about music? It’s clear they’re complaining about piped in crown noise, like when the QB is at the line or waiting for the snap and the play clock is running. Or when the crowd is cheering.

It’s a little creepy when you try to be cute, Rok. Gotta be honest.

Seems like the SU contingent have been listening to all the talking heads bullshet about the lack of atmosphere at our home games.

I didn't think it was very loud on Saturday for the most part, so I don't even know what they were complaining about. The crowd (myself included) became increasingly worried with every dropped pass and subsequent punt by our offense. It wasn't really until after Homer's TD that everyone felt good enough to allow themselves to get into it.

I've noticed the fake crowd noise during that song before (which can be heard between plays, not just timeouts) so that's why I mentioned it.

There is no pumped in crowd noise. But definitely think we push the line with the music when opponents have the ball. Plenty of times you will see other team lined up, under 15 seconds on play clock and stadium is still blasting "Seven Nation Army". Thought it was really noticeable, against Syracuse that wants to hurry up.

Doesn't stop fsu from playing that stupid chant non stop

You're hearing things. I’ve never heard that. There is no fake crowd noise. But go ahead and give those Syracuse losers something to complain about. Apparently, you’re the only one that has heard this.

The crowd noise during the game waxed and waned, but it was still loud.

The energy got a little low around the end of the third/beginning of the fourth, but picked right back up afterwards.

You might consider making an appointment with an ENT to have your auditory canal checked. Tell him to checkity check your ears, because you’re hearing things, and also can’t tell when it’s loud.

The band is mic'ed up. I am curious if someone turns it off or on.

So if you've never heard it before (after admitting that you don't pay attention to the music) then nobody has. Got it.

The band is mic'd. They have been for years because the Band of the Hour is usually incredibly small compared to most giant public school marching bands. Other than that, the "piped in" crowd noise is 100% fabrication.

The funny thing is, before the game, Syracuse was cracking about not having to worry about crowd noise because the stadium is empty. Now, they're complaining that the crowd noise was too loud?
