It’s hasn’t officially passed yet, the cloture vote just advances it to the floor, but it’s absolutely passing the senate when it’s voted on.

It’s not passing until next week. Unless the house is gonna get called back, which I doubt since pubs are taking losses in the midterms and need to campaign, they’ll have about 9 days in the end of November to try to get it through the house.

Yes I understand that.. But there's no doubt it'll pass the Senate when it's finally brought to vote.

Before recess there was plenty of doubt whether it would pass. Just seems like a crazy shift.
