2025 Prospect Day (aka Junior Day) Jan 27, 2024

For the second consecutive year, Mario has timed up what used to be known as Junior Day with the Battle Miami 7v7 tournament so we'll see massive numbers of elite prospects on campus. This type of event is only really possible with schools located around larger urban areas that host 7v7 tournament.

Prospects Day 2024 will give us some hints at who the priority recruits are in the 2025 cycle

We’ve got a chance to do something special in 2025 and it starts here. Can’t wait to see how this plays out

The 2023 class was superior to the 2024 class on paper, despite the ranking, so not sure how many kids we take in 2025 but I expect to be right up near the top in average recruit ranking (I look more at this than class ranking)

Should be elite especially if we can keep Nickel in the boat as an early ambassador and hopefully improved product on the field

Yessir. Charles, Melendez, and Nickel is an awesome start to 2025. Since Mario has been here you can see the same plan happening. Starts off slow and builds towards the summer hype. Last two years I think ******* around with coaching searches didn’t help
 
It's interesting that the first three confirmed attendees are LBs. Is LB a focus in the 25 cycle? You wouldn't think so given the stellar 23 and 24 LB clases, but Nicholson is out here working and taking nothing for granted.

I think we do. Have three blue-chippers in the bag already (Nickel will be mid four star next rankings update IMO). That'll help.

Gotta think we can get a local stud or two by spring game. I see us being aggressive with a highly ranked TE and DB's early in the cycle.

Gaby indicated it's the 27th now. Battle Miami is in town that week I guess so will be a ton of kids.

Offord the top corner from Alabama is the top target. The 5 star has a lot of interest in us. After that let's see if we can get Chris Edward to flip and both of the corners from Booker T can come in

I think the focus.....and im totally guessing here are DBs, and then high end talent at all position. Elite rated and evaluated. Just me looking at the roster. Its time for more difference makers.
