Progress on the New dorms

Those new dorms by Eaton look great. What will the dorms that replace Sanford and Hecht look like?

Yes. I think there’s an issue with a complete knockdown because of their historical significance. There’s probably an article on the University housing page.

I wasn't favored with the dorms project , it would have been super sweet especially the change orders alone but there not always a guarantee sometimes they'll even put C/O out to bid.
Not smart to bank on C/O's when you've cut your throat to get the project and lose your butt alone the way hoping for C/O , I'll sit and watch.

Copper prices down,gas prices down along with commodities.....not good if project executes down side clause contractor and suppliers suffer , factories don't give downside protection PERIOD on copper / metals core buyouts.

You bought HIGH and locked in stuck , market drops everyone want CREDIT down line and your stuck with contract / purchase orders with HIGH price.

construction business stinks currently...

But they'll be real nice when finished.

And now, the Seminoles control one of the richest casino gaming enterprises on the planet.

Did that too..........that 1 bathroom for 2 rooms with sh** everywhere........was a nightmare, could not wait to get out...

They bring in over a billion a year (they pay taxes on that amount)and every person no matter how old receives over 100k per year.

Great for them.
