The Pro Canes were out in full force this past weekend. Let’s see how everyone did in the week 8 Pro Canes Update.

Frank Gore ran the ball nine times and came away with 34 yards. Duke Johnson did not do much of anything on running plays, but he did catch for passes for 33 yards and a touchdown. Mark Walton got the start and ran the ball 11 times and gained 35 yards. He also caught three passes for 19 yards.

Phillip Dorsett caught three passes and gained 43 yards, while Allen Hurns caught one pass for 12 yards which went for a touchdown.

Greg Olsen caught two passes for 12 yards and Jimmy Graham caught three passes for 20 yards.

On the offensive line, Jon Feliciano, Brandon Linder, and Ereck Flowers both started for their respective teams while Seantrel Henderson played some off the bench.

It was a very productive week for the defensive line. Chad Thomas and Pierre Olsen each had one tackle while Trent Harris and Allen Bailey each had two. Calais Campbell, per usual, was a monster in the middle. He had three tackles, one TFL, and hit the QB three times. Al-Quadin Muhammad also had three tackles and one TFL. Olivier Vernon had six tackles, two tackles for loss, and hit Tom Brady once.

Denzel Perryman had another strong performance and made six tackles.

Rayshawn Jenkins continues to play at a very high level. He finished the game with six tackles and a PBU.

Pat O’Donnell punted the ball three times for 123 yards, an average of 41 yards per punt.

Rayshawn Jenkins .... Proud of him and TBH this what coaching does!
Duke Johnson should he make a move in the slot may get the ball more?
Greg Olsen still at it healthy and strong.
Denzel Perryman San Diego would of been dumb as a rock to trade him.
Frank Gore gonna be Frank Gore-Legend
Jon Feliciano, Brandon Linder, and Ereck Flowers- Outstanding to break out of old College habits and to excel in the league -Coaching and offseason training 101
Al-Quadin Muhammad Will be all pro by next year. His talent and physical traits is there. Just need to be polished a little by an older head season Vet.

Go Canes!
