Funny enough, he wouldn't have played much if at all for bama either, they had a combined 24 carries in 2 games in the playoffs for running backs

For a few games he was being treated like RB1 and then much like Lyle, fell off the face of the earth never to be seen again. I'm sure it came down to inability to pass protect which is paramount for RBs on this team.

I suspect his mind was made up for weeks.

Speed backs don't need 400 carries.

Also, if you can't pass block, you won't last long in the NFL.

Carries in the playoffs

Fletcher 75
Brown 22
Pringle 4

I know 4 is barely any, but Fletcher got 80% of the carries. If he's really leaving because he was upset he didn't get carries during the postseason as a true freshman who can't pass block, that's odd.
