Totally fair. When I read what Gabby posted about the 3 carries/game would have kept him out of the portal (which I saw after I started drafting my porst) my head started spinning from muttering WTF too much. Shoulda just shelved the porst, lol. I think we could have gotten him some burn amd he could have helped out our anemic offense against IU, but not getting him those few carries sure as **** doesn't justify him hopping in the portal. Hope he changes his mind.

Edit: And now I just got to the screenshot allegedly from his family. yikes

Who said anything about this past year ? ? Everyone knows what they saw this year

He really hasn’t gotten an opportunity but he has had major runs

Marty brown is good but id expect a healthy Lyle to be better than him

For comparison sake, brown had 122 carries w/ 474 yards, 7 TDs; our best 3rd down back ofc; had 20 receptions and 139 yards, 2 TDs

If his family was rooting against us in the mother****ing National Championship game, then I’m sorry, but I hope he goes to Bama and is never heard from again.

I liked Pringle a lot until I saw that post…..but his departure doesn’t negatively impact the quality of this roster in terms of wins/losses. We made it through the CFP “gauntlet bracket” with him contributing nothing but Bauman style wiff. Next man up.

They could’ve used this jit more, against atm and OSU I understand but he could’ve made some plays against Indiana with his speed on outside runs
