Pride in the ACC?

Do you pull for ACC teams (or even half-ACC teams) in non-conference play or postseason games?

Or do you believe in the ancient proverb that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"?

That S-E-C, S-E-C chant seems like one of the lamest things in college football, but there are a lot of people doing it with their chests poked out.

About the only time I pull for a conference opponent because they're a conference opponent is in bowl games except for FSU.

I mainly root for Miami, a win that helps Miami, then against teams I don't like.
 
I don't root for the ACC, but I do want teams we play to do well so that our SOS increases...as long as those teams, especially our rivals, aren't in the running for a championship or anything.

So basically I want our wins to look good, but I could care less if anyone aside from us in the ACC is successful.
 
Rooting for your conference is *** and was started by sec ****gots. That way they can't jump around and say " yeah, yeah , yeah Bama.....we're champs again "

I love Miami more than I hate some teams . My rooting strategy is specifically tailored to what helps Miami most
 
If our conference mates are playing an SEC school then I'll usually root for them because I hate those SEC fools. Unless it's FSU though. ***** them. Only time I ever want FSU to win is vs UF because most of my family are gator fans.

Absolutely not, unless they are a pawn to help Miami...THAT'S IT. It's only about the U and I stand by that.

I don't give a **** about any team but this U.

That's that.
 
F*ck the ACC... I root for Miami, not the conference.

Idgaf about SOS either, I root for Miami to win & for our rivals to lose.

That SOS talk only matters when it comes to the playoffs, and I'm not thinking about playoffs this year.

All I care about for this season, is winning the Coastal & finishing with a top 10 recruiting class.

It's fine if you're not the one riding coattails like half the sec. I'll root for Syracuse to beat an OOC, they pose no threat.
