Our D needs to wake up........and not depend on kickers to win a game.......
We are still waiting on the vaunted Manny Diaz D to show up...nothing up to now has worked, and I wonder if Diaz has the answer......seriously...
 
I haven't watched a single down of Michigan State so i can't be extremely confident. However, one thing that is extremely consistent is our corches getting out coached. If there are no major adjustment like you said, i think MSU wins.

Cam picks up a few blitzes well enough then runs into Donaldson's *** and falls down many times near the LOS. Breaks one up the middle for about 12. Maybe punches one in from the 5 after we dink it downfield and get a call or two on a drive.

Harley has 3 more drops.

Arroyo makes one spectacular catch, does great blocking while the rest of the OLine looks for work and that's that.

King throws 22-26 and 168; 1 td, 1 int.

Bolden and Carter get ejected for targeting each other as the RB runs through them on way to TD....

But we WILL put 40+ up against Connecticut CC and Brown will rush for 120+ next next sat!

Miami 35 - MSU 23
Manny doesn't do a great job of stopping the run, and we give up 3 FGs and 2 TDs, but Lashlee adjusts. I think the offensive game plan against App State was Lashlee recycling the Bama game plan to show it works. It confirmed does not work. Time to move on, and Lashlee will (running game finally shows something to the outside). Defense holds the other team under 28, offense scores over 30, we cover, get a win, and lots of questions persist for another week. CIS continues to be miserable.

Edit: MSU played about the level I expected. We played worse than I expected. I still think half the mopes on here don't know as much as they think they do, but **** it. I'm on the fire Manny train

This team makes no sense. The throw up a shlt burger when you think we are ready to take the next step and they surprise you when everybody is down on them. 37 - 16 Canes.

Why do you want to be wrong? You know Díaz is trash and will eventually be terminated. A loss can send this season to the ******* and raise the heat on BOT’s.

I disagree. That’s a big assumption. If they can’t win at home against MSU they aren’t winning squat.

I’m hearing locker room is getting flustered. A loss or two could make matters worse.
 
Until proven otherwise I think it's going to be another hard fought win for the canes. Like last week, a late fg to win the game with much struggling during the game to score points and put MSU away convincingly. I just don't see how miraculously we improve in 7 days especially with "The Don" out.
