I always believe the Canes have a chance to win until the Paronos lady sings. Unfortunately she started singing way before the game was over against Ala

King has too much of a track record to suddenly be mediocre. And he's now in his third game back. I think he plays better, and the Miami kicking game squeaks out another close game. 28-24.

I don’t have any confidence in our defense to stop their running game. Not with the scheme and personnel we’ve seen. There’d have to be a lot of changes because what we’ve done hasn’t worked.

Lashlee better open up his playbook...they have a very good DL....That dumb F-ing run on 3rd and 7 ain't gonna work....especially without Knighton and Chaney...Huge disadvantage with Cam starting, with mediocre at best lateral movement..

Seems a lot of folks here think we are going magically wake up from our nightmare and all of a sudden going to be a different team.
A Manny team has done this in the past, but against their well coached line play, and a poor track record against big 10 corn feds, not sure this is the week. 17-10 MSU.

MSU melts in the 4th, UM wins a close one on a last drive field goal. And the limited "crowd" boos Diaz throught the game.

LashleEno's gameplan for Alabama was to run into the teeth of their defense. Read that a few times and tell me you've see worse awareness from an OC.
Defensively, we got gashed by App State, and couldn't get two safeties on the same page once. I know he made A play against App State, but get Amari Carter out of my face and away from anyone that is an eligible receiver.

**** if I know. I don't know anything about the sparty but if they're even somewhat competent Miami gets stomped out. I have absolutely no confidence in anything our coaching staph is trying to do. Outside of our dudes who kick the ball, I haven't seen any player play up, everyone either looks bad or unnoticeable. Same ****, different year.

I think we struggle to get this win. I'm expecting MSU to rush for 150+ yds on us but struggle to pass the rock. I haven't seen enough from their QB to say he'll have his way with our backend. I think we'll get home on a couple of blitzes this week, 2+ sacks.
Offensively we'll continue to struggle to run the rock so I'm anticipating less than 100 total rush yards against MSU but I think our passing game will start to show signs of life this week. King throws for 275 yds and 2 TDs. Smith and Mallory each with a TD. Smith and Rambo will again have explosive plays this week.
Special teams will be much improved this week after giving up a kickoff return last week.
MSU is coming in hyped for this game and we're still trying to find ourselves. Wouldn't be surprised if they lead at the half but ultimately King brings us home. Borragales's leg is what separates us from MSU in the 4th quarter.
