He came from a Wing-T or some variation offense I believe and had very little pass blocking experience. That offense should just be thrown in the ******* trash. Our highschool coach ran that **** and ruined a lot of scholy opportunities for athletes who’d have shined is a more conventional system.

Fair enough.

The few plays I've seen him run, he reminded me a touch of E ****erson. Very upright, didn't look fast, but down the field in a blaze he goes.

Does he have the frame to sustain that more exposed upright running style?

Gurley ran in the exact same offensive system in highschool. Chaney will make the transition too next year as I believe they run a wing T there too
