now that's the kind of **** I want to see. So glad we are removed from that *** photo shoot in AG's time
Compare and contrast to the Folden OL pics of guys having ghey butt ***. Zion looks like the guy who would be raping those Folden OL.
fokyn embarrassing that was

HGH is expensive to make, way more expensive to manufacture than testosterone, which is dirt cheap, comparatively speaking.

Just talk to anybody that’s ever juiced, they’ll tell you that the deal is synergistic combination of HGH plus an androgen to make big gains.
HGH and an anabolic steroid(s) is a potent combination. I just wonder how players would have the money to purchase HGH, which might costs thousands for a full offseason. Or so I’m told. I imagine if there’s a need and a want, there’s a way.

I'm positive they are working hard and eating well. And I am not taking anything away from these guys. But again, I don't consider taking HGH as a negative, or even HGH plus a chaser of as Original CanesCanesCanes mentioned.
So I am not in any way diminishing hard work or even questioning hard work and nutrition.
My only point is that its very hard, at any age, to gain lots of lean muscle by ONLY working out and eating well. Some people put on size easily, but its not lean. Others put on lean muscle, but not a lot. Very, very few people put on lots of lean muscle. it is much harder to do than people want to accept.

I watch my kids go off to college and do it every year. You have to realize that college is the first time that most of these kids eat and train properly. I have players who enroll early and when they come back down to visit around March they've already put on 17lbs of lean muscle.

I mean, you're not wrong, I don't disagree that it's difficult to put on A LOT of lean muscle. I'm just sayin, don't underestimate the results of FINALLY having proper nutrition and training.

Remember, these kids aren't like everybody else. They're D1 athletes. They're genetically gifted. These aren't the gym rats we see at LA Fitness who have been taking juice all year just to finally get their bench over 300lbs. I've had lots of football players (kids) who NATURALLY lift more than the meathead juiceballs I see at the gym every day.

Especially in that age range. I think people underestimate the growth some of these dudes can have in 17-22 age range.. Ive seen regular people put on weight, height, size in short amount of time repeatedly in that age range.. These guys have a Strength staff, nutritionist, dining hall, all on consistent basis..

Shiiiit back in the day we used to laugh at the girls who put on the "freshman 15"... Yall boys tighten up

I remember the posters that UM would send out of the team in the weight room when Tom Moffitt was here in the late 90's. It's good to see that we at least are starting to look the part

Now, that we look like a team of Tarzan's, lets see if they can play better than Jane

**** yeah. They had a poster called "Boys Of Summer" with the whole team, majority of them shirtless. Even the linemen looked good.
I was in 11th grade at the time at a UM football camp and Moffitt spoke to us about developing core strength and flexibility. At that time the whole football world was still focused on being big, brute and super swole...and this dude was talkin' about something completely different.

I want to see how much our core work increases our gains on game day. HOW we finish our blocks, runs and tackles. Short yardage situations. We “look” good. **** good. Now we have to play the part.

Oh yes. Boys Of Summer...Having fond memories of the many hours I spent holding that poster up with one arm.

Some real progress has to be made this year. We have the QB, we have the new scheme, we have the defense, and we have the weight room gains. Something has to give.
If we look like Tarzan and dance like Jane, we are in trouble. I mean, play like Jane.
