Roche looks like the mailman I used to hoop with at the playground. He'd take off his blue mailman shirt and school motherfckers up in his polyester mail shorts and clunky cop/mailman sneakers.
First thought that came to mind when I saw roche - he's one of those dudes that doesn't GAF and has that superhuman natural stregnth and laughs at people who spend their lives in front of a mirror. Jerome McDougle was that kind of dude - bottom heavy, pear shaped dude who balled out. Roche strikes me as the same dude.

Wow at Harvey. Last year I was behind the bench at the Duke game (WOAT experience) and he was thin as Payton.
First trip there last year.... drove like 3 hours from Charlotte, experienced the dreaded long walk, got soaked with rain and we got our butts kicked.

LOL at anyone who think Phillips isn't on that junk. He looked like some nerd working at Apple a few months ago. Now he looks like the guy who picked on that guy in a typical 80s movie.
Hey **** it if there’s a time to do it, it’s now. The ncaa is in so much disarray that they still think the seasons canceled.

Zion is going to be a beast

Penos and Barry ruined the perception of his potential last year

He had absolutely no business being a P5 true freshman left tackle last year

They really did him dirty. By next year I see him being a 1st rd potential player

We know football is no weight lifting contest AT ALL, but when the big boys are in shape and confident in their bodies at UM, that's normally what separates us from the rest of college football, because behind them, our linebackers are more athletic than the crew that just left, sam brooks might just lead the team in tackles this year, with our corners and safeties, if the season holds up, this defense will have a chance to make it's mark.

Winny is definitely NOT what these guys are on. Winny cuts but does not add size.
Could it possibly be proper nutrition and kicking *** in the gym?!? Give credit until proven otherwise.

Winny also dehydrates and destroyed ligaments.

These dude are just busting ***.

I know we're all starved for anything to get hyped up about but can we please stop ******* being warchant. Thanks.

Normally I would agree with you, but man, when was the last time we had an OL that looked like they had more muscle than lard? Zion looks nothing like he did last year. Wait, maybe it's the mask...

I'm positive they are working hard and eating well. And I am not taking anything away from these guys. But again, I don't consider taking HGH as a negative, or even HGH plus a chaser of as Original CanesCanesCanes mentioned.
So I am not in any way diminishing hard work or even questioning hard work and nutrition.
My only point is that its very hard, at any age, to gain lots of lean muscle by ONLY working out and eating well. Some people put on size easily, but its not lean. Others put on lean muscle, but not a lot. Very, very few people put on lots of lean muscle. it is much harder to do than people want to accept.

Zion was looking blobbish out there last season. A true freshman LT who had packed on 65 pounds in a year would, no matter how much elk antler powder they're consuming. This kid looks like a completely different person.

He won't make the leap from worst starter in the ACC to All ACC this year. But now I see why Justice is looking at him as our 7th or 8th guy. And, yeah, I could see him develop into something special next year or the year after. Kid desperately needed that redshirt last year. Now he's got a mulligan year to gain the time he was robbed of. Very happy for him and the Canes.
