The sample size we got from him was that he has instincts but it was clear to see that he was a little heavy coming out of high school. Now after his first offseason and some spring practice under his belt, I am optimistic he'll turn into a solid linebacker for us.

McVay runs about 20 PA bootlegs a game. Goff consistently beats OLB/DEs to the edge and throws well on the run.

We get that type of production out of TVD we are winning a lot of games if the defense is competent. Goff was very effective at Cal.
