IIRC from the most recent rule changes, grad transfers need a 9 credit minimum per semester? Something like that

All it said was it was a bad pass. If he just said it was intercepted with no other information, you don't know if it was tipped at the line or maybe the WR ran the wrong route, fell down, etc.
