His Colorado bio:

AT COLORADO
2024 (RS. - Fr.)
Played in all 13 games during the 2024 season, starting one game.
Made his first career start on the road against Arizona.
Finished the season with 24 total tackles, eight third down stops, six pass breakups, two interceptions, one fourth down stop, and one tackle for loss.
Had his breakout game against Kansas State after Travis Hunter had to leave for injury. Had his first interception to set up a touchdown to take the lead late in the fourth quarter.
In his first career start against Arizona, he helped limit future top pick Tetairoa McMillan to only five receptions for 38 yards. He also added a second career interception.

Seemed to be very productive. Not sure where this “5 star” came from

5-star? lol

He originally was recruited to Auburn by Etheridge looks like

page is ran by a Colorado fan, pretty sure that 5* is his own ranking.

Best result = A) Halcy + Scott, B) Halcy + Hill or C) Halcy + the UTN kid?

Do people have concern that Scott's production dropped so significantly from 23 to 24? I know he's an Etheridge kid. But could this be another Cloyd/Alderman "meh" outcome (I won't mention Dyoni Hill)?

Surprised we still need DBs with how great Ewald, Williams and Day looked this spring.
Glad someone knows how the game works.

Anyways, I think he's just average but if they think he's better than what we currently have, alright then.

Lucas , Demari Brown ,Poyser,O’Conner , Brantly & they said Yikes? Or what if one or two get hurt?
Something about the room has them contacting seemingly every DB in the portal. Not just Haulcy, Thomas, and Scott. Greg Smith, Christian Charles, Brent Austin (ffs). They're not just looking for 1 more guy.
It could be that the first string looks good but they're worried about what's behind it. But the fact is they're looking all over.

Visiting tomorrow per Gaby

Honestly, I like him a lot. Looks like a talented kid with multiple years to play. I’m truly just baffled at the numbers aspect here. You have 3 pretty good guys with 2 years minimum left, some young freshmen and a veteran in Brantley who will play plenty. You have 3 guys committed for the next class and still looking for more apparently. I mean I’m not mad at the approach. Throw numbers and may the best man win. It’s just funny that it look last years debacle for us to begin doing this.

At some point you gotta stop spending on CB and spend more on literally any other position lol

Look if we bring in a CB, idk how Fitzgerald doesn't start out as a WR or something man. I mean I guess also Jadais Richards only here cause of injury, Im surprised Markeith never left, and we need depth safeties regardless... So I haven't been questioning why we are trying to invest in multiple Safeties. Plus DB just in general seems by far the most loaded position in spring portal so may as well load up I guess. The best will survive and the worst will end up leaving....
