See that’s false info being spread. As far as I know Miami doesn’t have a collective.
Also I thought "collectives" were actually what you couldn't do regarding NIL because that is actually pay for play also you mean to tell me the gayta has a better collective than alabaga and they still are getting worked in recruiting!!!

Exactly. Should say "Lifewallet" (which isn't even a collective) but everybody knows John Ruiz is the Boogeyman now so they're using that to hurt us.

OK so the SENATOR FROM ALABAMA ... with guidelines from Saban ... wants to present NIL guidelines for the US government to establish. What could possibly go wrong.
Nothing, sadly, in this bizarro world that is, today…

And that is how you create a false narrative on the internet. Technically Miami shouldn’t even be on that list because Lifewallet is not a collective.

What On3 should do is change the title to Top 10 Collectives / Companies that support NIL

I'm curious how they think they're going to "fix" things. Unless you can somehow get every athlete to join a player's union and negotiate a collective bargaining agreement, it's going to be tough to tell private citizens they can't pay other private citizens for legal work.
Maximum wage law targeted at all college students might pass legal muster.

I’m all for it. The only thing they can really do is eliminate the collectives as that’s pay for play.
