NASCAR settled today with Jordan and his 25 lawyers. From what I’ve read nascar was very. Defensive and got throttled during the plaintiff’s (Jordan) case. When they rested nascar was already in shreds and they went into the back and settled

Yup. Gave the teams what they should have given all along, a permanent franchise in the sport (called a "charter").

Moving forward, I hope they get a drivers' union and that NASCAR begins to provide insurance. The sport is sooooo much safer than it was 25 years ago, I'd like to think NASCAR could secure insurance for everyone at a lower rate than individual drivers could.

Correct. They didn't even make it through all of their donor presales before it sold out.
