Post-season tix and prices for all (possible) games

I have ZERO patience, if anybody gets any intel and ticket fulfillment information for the potential last 3 games, drop it here.
you will have a chance via UM to get tickets to the last 3 games. ticket office told me when we beat ATM they will send another email to request tickets for future rounds. they dont want to lose out on money to be made and they know that a lot of people are just waiting post ATM.

the initial email honestly should have been just requests for Atm.

It’s not a Texas A&M problem. The NCAA/CFP set the number at 3,500 for all four games on campus sites.
Where did you see this? Do you have a link?

The NCAA and CFP don’t really have anything to do with each other, and the NCAA isn’t even involved in the CFP (and never has been involved in the CFB championship and bowl system), so forgive me for being skeptical.

It's all over the internet, but here's some sources:

That’s because the CFP is organizing the games, creating some unique circumstances:
  • Ticket sales revenue goes to the CFP. Schools keep parking and concessions sales.
  • Opposing schools are allotted 3,500 tickets (including seats for band members), far fewer than the typical 50-50 split during conference championship and bowl games.
Please note, for regular season SEC away games, as the visiting team, we receive 5,000 tickets. Unfortunately, per College Football Playoff guidelines, visiting teams will only receive 3,500 tickets for first round away games. In receiving 1,500 fewer tickets than a typical SEC away game, we will be able to accommodate less Tennessee Fund donors. Requests will be filled in donor rank order. All requests WILL NOT be filled as we anticipate allocating ONLY ~1,000 tickets to donors (~500 in the lower bowl and ~500 in upper-level seating), after taking care of institutional needs.

I'm told Tulane received an allotment of 3,500 tickets for the Ole Miss game, which I assume is the standard total for a first-round CFP game. That's fewer than a traditional bowl game allotment and certainly smaller than the contingent Tulane took to the Cotton Bowl in 2023.

From Texas A&M in case they had an away game: Please note: First Round road game ticket allotments are extremely limited (~3,500 total, including band, team and player guests).

The CFP also signed 90 deals with hotels in each of the 134 FBS college towns to ensure hotels would be available for the first-round games. And home teams are required to provide visiting teams with 3,500 tickets, including 1,500 in the lower bowl.

That’s a lot of words, and yet you still didn’t post a single source.

I'm really not trying to be difficult here, but those are taken directly from five sources proving that every road team last year and this year got 3,500 tickets and that it is directed by the CFP.

Helpful hint: you can copy and paste any quote above and find it online.

1. From 2024
2. From a message board
3. Twitter post
4. Couldn’t find, only general AI stuff came up
5. From 2024

So again, I ask, what legitimate sources can you provide that indicate that here - in the 2025 season - this was not the doing of Texas A&M?

The CFP doesn't post its hosting manual online. I would think that having multiple teams post that their school got 3,500 tickets and that it is directed by the CFP would be enough, but you can only lead a horse to water. I'll bow out and you can be mad at Texas A&M.

Thank you. More legitimate sources!

It’s already gone out, man

I didn’t get Texas A&M, but have the ability to get the other three games of Miami makes it

All of the notifications went out

Yea, I know. My lack of patience is related to which price tier we are getting for those three.

yes it is an NCAA/CFP thing for the first round. the max they have to give is 3500

CFP, not NCAA. The NCAA is not involved at all with any of this.

But yes, posters provided legitimate sources above, which was all I was asking for so that we could clear up the rumors.
