Players can be developed, but I think some fans lack confidence in coaching and believe []__[] need a world-beater at QB to out-talent the competition. That said, Emory is aware of his deficiencies and works diligently at his craft; red-shirt or not, he is on year 2 of this offense and will compete against our defense all year long. If a transfer can beat Emory for the job next Spring then []__[] will be better for it.

Emory supporter vs detractor? Doesn't matter, because no one will be anointed under Mario; it's all about competition and what's best for Miami.

if u were in his recruiting thread when we offered i probably was the FIRST to say go all in on him because he has one thing i look for in DL......MOTOR.

Me playing Left tackle for years...its something i know to be a problem..and something i have an uncanny ability to evaluate right away after all the hours of having to watch practice film and game film as a player and then some as a coach.

I had high ratings on Cole and was happy as **** when he flipped i stated Louisville was getting a steal out of Bama.

His size (pause), moveset, and production were too good to ignore. Couldn't understand why he wasn't a top 150 ranked kid. And best of all he stays quiet and just goes about his business with 0 drama. Big fan

Hot take: when its all over, the two Bama 3* may be two of the more impactful players in the class (and this in a class full of likely impact players). They're already demanding playing time and pushing folk into the portal.

Will revisit this in a couple of years and see how it turns out.
