Post how you feel going into this Notre Dame game

I AM:

1) Extremely confident in our team

2) Even more concerned with the ACC officiating.

I'm actually not worried about the officiating, if they're ACC guys I think it plays in our favor. ND does nothing for the ACC, if it was a "traditional" ACC team I might feel differently.

The Tobacco Road refs will do everything in their power to help the domers. That's how they roll.

Don't think so.... there's millions of dollars at stake if Miami gets in the playoff ahead of ND.

So I don't think ACC wants ND winning.

We aren't losing at The Rock to a one dimensional offense.

If that is what u think ??? Not playing Navy or GA tech while ND is indeed run first and one of the best doing it they have improved weekly passing ball and have become more balanced. If Miami overcommits to run they will get burned on some long passes. Wimbush was #1 duel threat coming out of Hs for a reason..

Just like last week all we heard was how Jackson was the "difference maker" and his dual threat ability was going to spell doom for Miami...yeah we see how that worked out.

Real ****y and confident we pull it off.....everyone is picking against us.......we got rid of ****kowski we offered chatfield......MR is telling kids the class is full......hard rock rocks....corso helmet gear pick is the 305th time...305.......oh we *****

I felt pretty good going into VT. But ND typically plays a tough schedule nationally and recruit well. I am more concerned about consistency on offense. We just can't score unless we make big plays and they will take that away. Their defense is good like VT but not as aggressive in that they will force you to have to go long drives. Can Malik make good decisions and not have too many turnovers, our receivers hang on to the ball to keep drives going, and can we have some semblance of a running game to keep their defense honest?

I am certainly hopeful but feeling somewhat guarded. Finally we have a stadium that is becoming an intimidating place for opponents to play. They will not have it easy for sure. Our defense will play tough and emotional for sure. ND will have their work cut out for them and if they win, props to them.

Well, guess what? We almost beat them last year. What did you think of our team in 2016?

Confident of a win.
After all, a lil bit of Richt already beat ND earlier this season..

Excited as **** and not nervous in the least. I think we kick the crap out of those arrogant a-holes.

I am absolutely confident about Miami's game with mighty ND! Absolutely confident that Miami will prevail over ND. Simply because Miami is PEAKING AT THE RIGHT TIME and what not! hUh. And that SLS crowd is going to be worth a TOUCHDOWN!! Also, ND hasn't had a road game for one month now, and their big mouth QB will have difficulty changing plays at the LOS. dUh.

I think I felt a lot more nervous going into VT. That is the type of game we got beat handily over the last ten years. Rivalry game against a tough conference opponent with the division on the line. We consistently lost that game under the last few coaches.

If there was any game we could afford to lose this season, it was this one. Yet, if we step up and take it at home next week then we are in it for everything!

bUbba, this isn't the past ten years. So throw those morbid thoughts in the trash bin! Because haven't U heard the news today. It's a NEW era with one Mark Richt coaching the Canes! dUh.

Oh, and one more thing. Miami is PEAKING at the right time in the season! See last Saturday's handy win over VA Tech.

1) Hard Rock will be the greatest home field in all of CFB on Saturday

2) I don't see any reason our front 7 doesn't come out swinging like last weekend and, with a young QB like Wimbush, I think we create turnovers that they are not accustomed to

3) We tackled really well in space and played sideline to sideline last week

4) Rosier has balls of steel

And most importantly..

5) I truly believe that football down here is different. I think some of the whale watchers up north may be a bit stunned by the environment on Saturday. On the contrary, athletes in the south are a different breed, they rise to these occasions, especially on defense. You combine an atmosphere like no other with the enclosed sound and nasty fans, with an (almost) elite defense full of Miami savages then I don't see any way that any team (other than the likes of BAMA) can come in here and take a W.

I think CFB will have to get used to this...

So they stayed the same and only we improved? They will probably be the best team we have faced outside of FSU (defensively) and VT. They are probably a more complete team than either of those right now. But I also think they haven't faced the kind of challenge that will be presented to them this Saturday night. So I am not saying they will come in and handle us outright. It will be a true heavy weight battle that will be hard fought and contested for both teams.

True, but I get what they are saying. VT has had our number the last several years when it mattered, and until we dominated them, we hadn't played a great game all year. But you are correct, we are peaking at the right time.

Confident
Our defense will keep them on check
Offense always finds a way to make big plays
Hoping all of us fans that are at the game Saturday act obnoxious and nasty.
Hoping one of the ND players does something stupid before the game to fire up our players even more and hoping to see a few Irish fans get knocked out.
