1. Richt digs in knowing its boom or bust next year. No changes and knows he has to win the Coastal or he will be canned.

2. Richt negotiates his buyout as we speak currently and retires

3. Richt hires a stud OC and the ship is righted.

If he is unwilling to bring in an OC he has to see that his O is not working 1 and 2 it is not getting kids excited to come play so he will never get the quality he is desiring.
Look in the mirror and negotiate yourself about 5-8M and walkaway if you don't want to make changes.
 
i would make 2 phone calls ASAP, #1 TO Jimmy Johnson and ask him o come back as a consultant period.
#2 call MATT CANADA ASAP as well. uses motion and formation to create mismatches and make D react to his O
his game plan against OSU was brilliant with a back up QB

Wasn't you one of his main worshippers? Why the sudden change? Why not just keep making excuses for him & blindly supporting his every decision?

Ill take #2 for the win. Had a sneaky suspicion it was a legit scenario.
