Position coaches that should be kept for the next HC

Beard was part of national championship teams and has great local ties to 7 on 7 teams.

Agree with OP that those are without a doubt our best coaches. However, the concern that comes up is the Golden effect with Al's ways rubbing off on people. The ice cream trucks, dodgeball, selfies, practicing with low energy, playing with fear and everything else about him has been integrated into the way everyone in Hecht operates. Some of these coaches/staff could be keeping their mouth shut and collecting a paycheck could not be completely bought into Al's ways but "go with the flow" knowing that his ways aren't the best way. These are the ones that the new coach if there is one needs to grill in the interviews to see if they are salvageable. Some of these coaches are completely bought in and are truly convinced that the Al koolaid is the right way to do things. Those people need to be fired that day.
 
If and when a new head coach arrives, he won't be a big name coach,so he might want keep some of the coaches with local connections.
 
Let it burn. Everybody associated with Miami football the last decade can go. Tired of these losers. We need fresh blood everywhere. It's straight amateur on the job training with everything Miami football. From the AD to the HC down to guys like Baez. Tired of hiring people just because they have Miami ties. Talent and experience should be the #1 factor not where they happened to go to school.

Beard is fine I guess but he has not been able to fix Coley. Coley should be a 75 catch 1500 yard guy. He will be if we bring in the right guy like Chud.

To be fair, Coley has always been a major head case and was going to be a pain to get him focused for 4 years straight.

Kevin Beard. F the haters but probably Kehoe as well. Hurlie my man, love you man, but after that "9-4 things have changed" interview you lost me. Besides a couple other admin/operations people, gut it.

Ice and his son do everything in their power to push their kids to UM. Some kids just refuse to play for a loser and after going 6-7 that **** is just not going to cut it.. Can't blame Ice.

These threads are funny to me. I've seen people prop up Lice Harris as the next interim coach. GTFOOH with that nonsense.
 
james coley to me is weird. other coaches want him every off season. last year golden micro managed him, i wonder if he is still doing that.
