Wait...you want cantwell returning punts?Sneak Cantwell onto the field in that #35 punt return jersey and pretend it’s Ray Ray. Nobody will notice.
Well, we’re preparing for the biggest game in this program’s history. I assume staff and team is focused. If you have players that don’t know playbook, or how we practice or compete, does that take staff’s attention away to teach the newbies? Just asking.
Might be going thru drills, but obviously not taking reps. This isn’t time to play around. Are they practicing or observing?
Because if they are actually practicing,I wonder if the coaches view that as a distraction?
Wingo is likely more like Tate than JJ. Parris would be more of a JJ comp, IMO.I guess they have him as JJ to prep the team
We don't value in seeing those team play ether. And some teams turn down bowl games because they don't see the value in playing
Yep. I can imagine how wingo looks against our db's in practice could influence our portal movement.Nice chance to see what you have with some of the top rated incoming guys prior to transfer portal opening. Extra data points are never a bad thing when trying to figure out how to allocate dollars

That’s what I’ve been sayinExactly? lol
That’s what I’ve been trying to say. U can’t have extra practices if ur not going bowlingReaching a bowl is an incentive for teams because it awards you extra practice time you do not otherwise have this time of year. No bowl = no practice
Wasn't there a thread about ND in the preseason talking about all the extra practice they had due to making it to the final last year?
