Poll: For Carter's tag.....

You know, I'm not even rustled over Ozar and Brow. It's two people who take issue with what I've done on these boards, pertaining to Carter. **** even if it was 100 people it's still not even worth mentioning when you quantify who it has touched positively.

This isn't an operation that Al Golden and the UM admin are running from behind the scenes, trying to earn favor from a few people flying a banner demanding a coach's head, or for poor on-field performance since Golden has been here.

I will continue to answer any questions ya'll have though.

I just couldn't understand being nonchalant with the unauthorized/creepy use of your kids name. Regardless of message or affect. Would you be ok with someone printing shirts that say "Carter says BEAT FSU" and selling them near the stadium? See, there's an agenda there (make money) and its unauthorized. I'm pretty certain you'd have a problem with that. But the question is, why should you?

I agree that it was disrespectful to use Carter's name without our permission, but the good outweighed the bad in it. The Carter says BEAT FSU shirt, I couldn't stop that either. What would you have me do about it? What would you do? There is an agenda to everything unfortunately, my family's is for folks to know who Carter is, what he has, and hope that knowing the aforementioned, they would want to aid in the search for a cure for his disease.

I try hard not to worry about things I can't change.

Big brow, I got a question for you: if Al Golden manages to sneak a win by FSU (say Jameis is injured [hey, we defeated OK Sooners like that]) and run the table for the rest of the season, would you still want Al out of the U if Butch Davis was available & willing to come as HC of our Canes?

Goal from day 1 is to win the ACC for the 1st time...if we cant do that b/c we lost to GT, then its time to move on.

4 years and no ACC titles...thats not acceptable. Of course I hope we beat FSU, but I'm not getting a false sense of hope after beating a few terrible teams....are you?

And once again its completely out of our hands because of TERRIBLE coaching against 2 teams we shouldve beat. Thats what ****es me off, Neb and GT did the same **** and we didnt adjust and we lose those games. It took us 3 losses (or more like 4 years) to finally start to play some man2man and blitz a little bit...and start some bump n run coverage. I dont forget those things...just like I dont forget that Golden tried to bail on UM and leave to PedoState...I know everybody else forgets that stuff, I dont.

Personally, I'd rather my Canes defeat FSU with current record than beat both GT & Neb! BB, FSU is clearly defeat-able...it's not unrealistic for the U to come out on top on the 15th. Having said that, still want AG out if they run the table and Butch's available?

He got some bad breaks. His family are doing everything to help the boy and help others who may have to go through the same thing, by simple awareness.

The boy was dealt a really sihtty hand, but not with his parents.

If it were me, and if a banner or tshirts got picked up on social media, I'd say I agree with the message and appreciate the gesture (banner) but do not appreciate the use of my sons name. Additionally, I would ask anyone who might see them to not buy the shirts. I guess I'd call out any one in whatever way I could. But apparently, you're different.

Irrelevant. I have to know who it is to go at someone. Nothing to do with different. I could start a social media page and make request for folks not to do it, but you and I know that people will do what they want regardless.
